Melbourne

Old Melbourne Gaol is open daily from 10am to 5pm.

Night tours operate on select evenings.

Upcoming changes to Opening Times:

  • Friday 28 November, the Gaol will close at 4.30pm (Last Entry 3.00pm)
  • Thursday 11 December, the Gaol will close at 4.30pm (Last Entry 3.00 pm)
  • Friday 12 December, the Gaol will close at 4.30pm (Last Entry 3.00pm)

Garden tours operate on select dates, view the tour schedule.

Portable Iron Houses are open the first Sunday of the month from 1pm to 4pm.

Purchase tickets upon arrival at the houses.

Government House guided tours are normally held on the first Monday of the month (except January) from 10am to 12pm.

Geelong & Bellarine Peninsula

Barwon Grange is open on Sunday from 11am to 4pm. Purchase tickets upon arrival.

Barwon Grange will be closed from Sunday 21 December, reopening Sunday 4th January 202 6

Winter hours: last Sunday of the month in June, July & August.

McCrae Homestead is open on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the Month, 11.00am to 4.00pm (Last Entry at 3.00pm).
