Membership Portal
We’ve listened to your feedback about wanting more flexibility with your membership preferences, so we’ve created the Member Portal. In the Member Portal, you can: update personal details and contact information, access your digital membership card, check your membership renewal date and set up auto-renewals, and access exclusive member-only offers and retail discounts.
How to Register for the Member Portal
Every membership automatically has access to the Member Portal, provided we have your email address. If we don’t have your email address, please get in touch.
To log in:
- Use the email address associated with your membership.
- You don’t need a password. Instead, you’ll receive a unique verification code sent to your email to complete your login.
This email can take up to 10 minutes to arrive. If you don’t see it, please check your junk mail or spam folder.
Once logged in, you can:
- Update personal information under the ‘My Membership’ tab
- View current offers in the ‘My Offers’ tab
- Set up auto-renewals and manage payment details in the ‘My Payment Methods’ tab
Please note: Only the Primary Member (the person who pays for the membership) can register and manage memberships in the Member Portal at this time. We’re working to expand this functionality to all members in the future.

What You Can Do in the Member Portal
You can use the Member Portal to:
- Add the names and email addresses of other card holders
- Add a phone number
- Update your postal address
- Add your Date of Birth to receive birthday offers
You can also:
- Download your digital Membership Card to your Apple or Google Wallet
- View your membership details, including start date, end date, and payment method
- Check your renewal date and renew online (if eligible)
- Update your contact preferences
- Access exclusive offers and benefits for National Trust Members
