Your Booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our office with tax invoice. Once you receive a confirmation email, your booking is confirmed and will go ahead.
All bookings must be pre-paid to our head office 14 days prior to your visit. If alternate payment arrangements are required, please email us at bookings@nattrust.com.au with as much notice as possible. Non-payment will not be taken as indication of cancellation.
There will be no charges if you cancel your booking, in writing, more than two weeks before your scheduled visit date.
Where possible, we request that your bookings is made at least 4 weeks before the intended visit date.
Please note that we are unable to accept email or phone bookings.
Any changes to your booking (including, but not limited to: cancellations, rescheduling, changes to participant numbers, etc.) must be communicated, in writing, to the National Trust bookings office (bookings@nattrust.com.au) more than 14 days before your visit. For any late cancellations or failure to attend the booking, cancellation fees will apply.
If cancelling less than 14 days prior to the booking date a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
If cancelling or rescheduling less than three business days prior to the booking date, a $200-$500 cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply. This includes for any wet weather cancellations or reschedules.
If you wish to cancel or move a booking due to poor weather you must notify our office more than 3 business days before your visit.
We don't offer refunds for school bookings. To make a new booking on a new date we will charge you a new fee. This will be additional to the payment received for your original booking.
If you fail to arrive for your booking on the day, you will still be charged the full fee.
