As the leaves begin to fall, you are invited to an Autumn Sunday morning nature and sound immersion at Rippon Lea Estate.
As part of a seasonal series celebrating the beauty of the estate across the year, Romy will host outdoor garden sound baths each quarter.
Arrive before the estate opens and stroll along the winding garden paths, taking in the fresh scents of autumn as you make your way to the meeting spot with your yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
Accompanied by the morning song of the Grey Fantail and nestled beneath the canopy of Algerian Oaks and Dutch Elms, you’ll lie down, close your eyes and drift into deep relaxation, guided by a soothing, flowing soundscape woven with the gentle rustle of leaves overhead.
The vibrations of sound and nature wash over body and mind, easing you into a deeply restorative state where the body can rest and repair, and the mind can simply pause.
Important Information
- You are welcome to arrive at Rippon Lea at 9am and stroll through the grounds to settle into your spot. The 50 minute soundscape will begin at 9.30am.
- After the Sound Bath you are welcome to linger longer and picnic within the grounds.
- This event is weather dependent. If it is wet, the event sadly may not go ahead therefore, you will have the option to reschedule your ticket over to another session with Romy at her St Kilda East Studio or to receive a refund of the $65 (Eventbrite fee non-refundable).
- During the week before the event, you will be sent an email from Romy (Sound Healing Melbourne) with directions to assist you find the Lawn location.
