3 Mar 2023

7:00 pm ‐ 9:00 pm

Ticket packages start from $35

VAULT will host a fashion forward runway event showcasing designer daywear options from the National Trust’s iconic Vintage Clothing Sale.

This evening event is part of the 2023 PayPal Melbourne Fashion Festival’s Fashion Culture Program.

Join us for a curated evening runway show at The Block Arcade from 7 – 9pm on Friday 3 March 2023, featuring items from the upcoming National Trust Vintage Clothing Sale styled by VAULT’s own Jack Fordham. The early part of the evening will include drinks from the bar, checking out each other’s outfits and browsing VAULT. You might be surprised at who you see gliding through the crowd.

The runway show will feature 20 looks and will be followed by a competitive silent auction for every outfit shown on the night.

Hosting a post Runway discussion around fashion, sustainability, style, and why future fashion loves vintage will be Alexia Petsinis & John D’Agata.

About VAULT

VAULT is the National Trust’s jewel in the form of a fashion outlet. Located within the iconic Block Arcade, VAULT offers an eclectic curated collection of quality pre-loved designer garments. In store you can explore the racks and find an extraordinary range of quality and bespoke brands and labels. Extraordinary European designers such as Yves Saint Laurent, Pucci, and Oscar De la Renta, as well as well-known Australian labels such as Zanko and Le Louvre adorn the walls.

We all love an authentic retail experience and VAULT sits stylishly in The Block Arcade, a historic shopping arcade known for its Victorian Mannerist style and elaborate stucco decoration, it’s also an architectural and aesthetic significance for its European-influenced design and lavish interior decoration.

The proceeds from VAULT contribute to supporting the National Trust in conserving and protecting Victoria’s natural, cultural, and built heritage.
