This bold new exhibition at Tasma Terrace explores the traces of celebration across time — from Edwardian gatherings to the first Sydney Mardi Gras and today’s queer clubs.
The exhibition brings together historic treasures with striking contemporary visions by queer creatives Gerard O’Connor, Richard Nylon and Gwendolynne.
Enjoy a talk by Senior Curator, Elizabeth Anya-Petrivna, and explore the exhibition at your own pace, as well as Tasma’s new curated retail space, featuring a selection of gifts and design pieces from the National Trust’s collection.
The exhibition aligns with the National Trust’s commitment to storytelling through objects, place and culture – engaging audiences in conversations about identity, politics and preservation.
Complimentary tea and coffee will be served in the conservatory.
Party Hard – After the Party runs from 5 February to 28 March, open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 11.00am – 5.00pm.
