Norman Lindsay's home in Springwood became an artistic centre for the creation of an arcadian vision.

Lindsay was renowned for his virtuosity. He was an expert draughtsman, etcher, watercolourist, painter and model ship builder and his classical-inspired cement sculptures and fountains fill the landscape with his vision.

- REFLECT on how the painting studio reveals the artist’s lifestyle and work practice.
- LEARN how Lindsay and his wife Rose produced prints in the etching studio.
- VIEW Lindsay’s major artwork in his home, which is now the gallery.
- EXPLORE the exterior of the house, the sculpture garden and bushwalks which offer opportunities for photography, sketching and gathering material for process diaries and artworks.
