What we offer:

How do I get there?

It takes just over an hour’s drive to Norman Lindsay Gallery from the Sydney CBD. There is plenty of street parking near the gallery.

Why Norman Lindsay Gallery?

This special venue was the former home of prolific Australian artist Norman Lindsay and his wife Rose. They bought the house in 1912 and together they transformed the house and surrounding bushland into an artistic haven.

Norman Lindsay Gallery now lives on as a rare glimpse into Australia’s bohemian artistic past. Visitors can see Lindsay’s paintings in the main gallery, and even step inside his original painting studio.

With an atmosphere rich in art and natural beauty, Norman Lindsay Gallery has become a sought-after wedding venue in the Blue Mountains that is ideal for outdoor events.

When should I book my event?

Norman Lindsay Gallery is open Thursday to Monday. You’re welcome to book the garden for wedding ceremonies and events throughout the year, during a month that suits you. Please note that the venue will remain open to the public.

There is always something to see in the gardens all year around, from show-stopping autumn colour to the wisteria-draped arbour in spring. Like all garden wedding venues in the Blue Mountains, the temperatures can get quite cool in winter.
