1. TERMS:
These terms and conditions comprise of Part 1 which sets out important information about the promotion and Part 2 which sets out details of the prize. Parts 1 and 2 are collectively referred to as the “Conditions”. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Conditions. Entries must comply with the Conditions to be valid.
Part 1:
2. ENTRY ELIGIBILITY:
Entry is open to Residents of New South Wales who complete all fields of the National Trust Visitor Feedback Survey. One winner will be drawn via a game of chance from entrants once every 12 months, by 30 June. There is no entry limit for entrants.
Non-eligibility
- A customer that does not complete all fields of the survey within the promotional period is not eligible to enter.
- Entrants are not allowed to win in subsequent years.
3. EXCLUSIONS:
In addition to any exclusions set out in “Entry Eligibility”, employees of the Promotor and any related bodies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members of any employees are also not eligible to enter.
4. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 00.01 am (AEST) on 1 July and closes at 11.59 pm (AEST) 30 June each year.
5. LOCATION OF DRAW:
The results of the game of chance will be drawn at The National Trust Centre, Upper Fort Street, Millers Point (The Rocks) Sydney. The winner will be drawn through computer generated selection.
6. NOTIFICATION OF DRAW RESULTS:
All eligible prize winners will be notified by the email provided during the sign up process, and will be asked to confirm their details to claim their prize.
7. PRIZE:
The prize is an Individual 12 Month Membership to the National Trust (NSW). The total prize value is valued at up to$110 ($75 annual fee + $35 joining fee). The $35 joining fee will be waived. Membership terms and conditions apply. The Promotor shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. TRANSFERABILITY OF PRIZE:
The prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. UNCLAIMED PRIZES & SECOND CHANCE DRAW:
A second chance draw will occur one month after the first draw. The prize must be claimed by the winner in writing. The second chance draw will be drawn at the same place as the first draw. The selection of the winner and notification of winning will be in the same manner as the first draw.
10. MINORS:
If a winner is under 18 years of age, then the prize will be awarded on their behalf to an eligible parent or guardian.
11. VERIFICATION:
The Promotor reserves the right to request verification of identity and residential address of winners, and any other information relevant to prize retrieval. The Promotor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
12. PROMOTION:
Entrants consent to the Promotor using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including the outcome).
13. PRIVACY:
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the National Trusts of Australia Privacy Policy.
Part 2:
1. PRIZE:
