Browse a beautiful showcase of inspiring student works exploring the survival of culture through connection to the ancient wisdom of this land and its peoples.

Each year the National Trust partners with Reconciliation NSW to tour the student finalists’ works throughout the state, allowing more schools to get involved and showcase their art and writing works.

On show at historic Brough House, Reconciliation NSW’s Schools Reconciliation Challenge exhibition is comprised of a variety of impactful works from NSW primary and high school students interpreting the theme ’Feeding Connection – Learning from Country’.

Feeding Connection – Learning From Country is a celebration of deep-rooted knowledge, ecological stewardship, and cultural resilience. At its heart lies the understanding that the land is not just a resource but a living, breathing entity, Country, that teaches, nourishes, and connects us all. Through the lens of reconciliation, sustainability, and education, this project invited students to explore how food and farming are more than just processes – they are cultural practices that hold stories, identity, and collective wisdom.

Don’t miss this unmissable exhibition, featuring an array of visually compelling works that are both inspiring and reflective.
