- Land division and acquisition,
- The area’s oldest buildings.
Gamble Cottage Garden is exquisite and features many old and now uncommon plant species. Maintained by a dedicated Friends group, it is a delight to explore, has plenty of space for children to run around. Many visitors enjoy afternoon tea sitting out amongst the plants and shrubs, or under a marquee.
