Volunteers are at the heart of the National Trust of South Australia. Whether you’re passionate about history, nature, gardening, events or meeting new people, there’s a volunteer role for you.
Every hour you give helps protect the places, stories and landscapes that make South Australia special.
Our staff team coordinate volunteers in five main areas:
- nature reserves and conservation
- events, tour guiding and programming
- collection research and digitisation
- physically caring for buildings and museum collections
- garden volunteers, specifically at Beaumont House and Stangate House
However, we are always interested to hear from people of different skill sets.
