Infrastructure, innovation and a sustainable future for WA
2023 is a special anniversary year for the pipeline, marking 120 years of service. In recognition of this remarkable feat of engineering, the 2023 lecture will be delivered on Friday 10 March by Nicole Lockwood, Chairperson of Infrastructure WA.
CY O’Connor shaped the development of key infrastructure across Western Australia. Nicole will look back at O’Connor’s innovations and legacy, then forward to the challenges and opportunities for infrastructure in our state in the 21st century.
Friday 10 March, NWS Shipping Theatre, Fremantle Maritime Museum. Doors open 5.30 pm for a 5.45 pm start.
Refreshments will be served following the lecture.
The Maritime Museum is a 10-minute walk from Fremantle Train Station. Paid parking is also available nearby.
