Sheldon Forest Walk with Dr John Martyn

Join a guided walking tour and be inspired by the geological wonders of Turramurra's Sheldon Forest.

Renowned author and geologist, Dr John Martyn will share his geological insights into one of Ku-ring-gai’s rarest urban forests – Sheldon Forest.

This magnificent Blue Gum High Forest community is one of the best examples of Ashfield Shale that explains why this forest is of such high conservation value as it transitions from Blue Gum High Forest to Sydney Turpentine Ironbark Forest.
