Re-presenting the Donnelly: an Exhibition of paintings by Elizabeth Blair Bunning, Eric Moyle and Michael Spight

The way artists interpret their connection to place is many and varied and this exhibition showing works from Elizabeth Blair Bunning, Eric Moyle and Michael Spight shows 3 different perspectives of the same location, what is now known as Donnelly River Village.

Friends of Donnelly Village Inc are pleased to present an Exhibition of Paintings of the Donnelly Timber Mill and its surrounding workers cottages by distinguished artists, Elizabeth Blair Bunning and Eric Moyle, along with more recent pen and ink drawings by Michael Spight. Each artist has a different way of connecting to their subject, the buildings and landscapes of this special place.

The exhibition will be open for viewing in the Workers Club at Donnelly River Village on Saturday 18 May 2024 from 11am to 4pm.
Refreshments will be available for a donation.

Elizabeth Bunning’s paintings are loaned courtesy of the Jenny Meryn Mills Family Trust
The Eric Moyle Collection was donated to the Friends by the family of the late Bill Muir.
