Re-imagining mid-century architecture

Join a panel of expert architects, designers and creatives with experience in renovating and restoring mid-century modern homes or building a house inspired by mid-century modern design. The talented panel will present images of their projects and answer questions at the completion of the discussion

If you love mid-century modern design or are thinking of renovating or building a new house, come along to our panel discussion at the Beaumaris Bowls Club.

We have an amazing line up on our panel including the patron of Beaumaris Modern, award-winning architect and host of Grand Designs Australia, Peter Maddison who is also the owner of a 1968 mid-century modern home which he has meticulously restored and renovated.

Joining Peter will be Ben Shewry of Attica fame and owner of an ‘architects own’ mid-century modern home, award winning interior designer and lover of all things mid-century modern, Mardi Doherty and architect Albert Mo from Architects Eat, owner of a 1959 Peter McIntyre MCM home.

There will be plenty of opportunity for questions offering a unique chance to get quality advice from the experts as well as an opportunity to meet like-minded folks with a glass of bubbles on arrival for Beaumaris Modern members.
