Oil Steam & Kerosene Family Fun weekend
Come and see operating steam driven engines from yesteryear and have a ride on our narrow gauge cane train. Check out petrol and kerosene run engines, mower racing, archery display, model boats on the lake, and our model railway display. A great day out for the family at reasonable prices.
Have you ever seen an engine as big as that one in the picture that runs on steam? How about an engine that runs on kerosene? Lots of heritage items to check out including vintage cars which you may be able to ride in. Get a ride on the cane train or in the carriage driven by a tractor. Come and learn about our history and have a chat to some old timers. Check out the blacksmithing and wood turning. There will be many things to see and do over the weekend. Open spaces to let the kids walk around and enjoy something they may not see anywhere else. Bring a picnic or your BBQ gear or enjoy our onsite food vendors.
