Noongar storytelling at Wanneroo Regional Museum

Join performer, teacher and storyteller Bec Garlett of Warlitj Productions for a lively hour of Noongar stories and language!

Bec Garlett is from Wadjak and Balladong Country of the Bibbulman (Noongar) Nation and Nanda of the Yamitji nation in the Midwest on her mother’s side. Born and raised on her fathers’ country, Bec holds strong ties to Wadjak country.

Bec is an award-winning actor, with many years in the performing arts industry. She is also an experienced Noongar language teacher. Bec has a wealth of knowledge, and shares culture in a fun, interactive manner.

This session is for children aged between 5 and 12 and appealing for all ages!
