IMAGINALITY

We invite you to our 60th Anniversary Exhibition 'Imaginality' featuring new works on porcelain and vintage hand painted pieces from our private collection. The range of styles will amaze you as we connect the past to the future of this rare art form.

Founded by Amy Lakides in 1964 and originally known as the WA Guild of China Painters we are the oldest porcelain art organisation in Australia. Every year we exhibit members work inviting them to adopt the chosen theme and create a collection of new creative work that is displayed as individual collections. Our theme for 2024 is ‘Imaginality’, I wonder what ‘objects d’ art’ our artists will create this year and who will win the Presidents Award?
Members are also invited to exhibit and sell extra porcelain art work in our ‘gift shop’ where visitors will find something to suit every budget, keeping in mind that Mothers Day is the following weekend. Miniatures, boxes, caskets, vases, jugs, bowls, plates, wall art, coffee sets, jewelry and more, all one of a kind unique pieces to delight the eye.
We have a Cafe and lots of chairs. Free Entry & Free Parking. To view earlier art work find us on FACEBOOK: Porcelain Artists of Western Australia
