Fiji Shipwreck Discovery Talk

Join us to hear from historian and author Alan McLean and representatives of Parks Victoria & Heritage Victoria about the Fiji shipwreck disaster of 1891, and how the memorial and other markers in the landscape have been rediscovered, interpreted, and integrated into the Great Ocean Walk.

Book your ticket to attend this presentation, and enjoy this special opportunity to learn about one of the most recent landscapes to be included in the Victorian Heritage Register and see a range of artefacts recovered from the Fiji.

This is a seated event, with bookings required. Drinks are available for purchase at the venue. Parking around the venue is extremely limited, and the use of public transport is encouraged.

With thanks to The Mission to Seafarers – Victoria. You are invited to stay for the Sea Shanties & Folk Song session from 7pm.
