Family History & DNA

Have you ever wondered about DNA and how it can assist you in researching your family? Join our family history team, to learn what DNA is and how it works to assist you in locating those elusive family connections.

Over the past 15 years or so, DNA has become the popular science many people including family historians, adoptees and law enforcement have turned to. Many of the large family history databases are offering DNA kits for sale and are heavily promoting DNA matches and ethnicity as a means to answering questions and identifying unknown people.

But what actually is DNA, how does it work and how can you use the test results to resolve questions and find missing family members?
Join us to have these questions and many more answered.
