Talk & Tour: ESU House (Former ES&A Bank)

Learn how the former Ascot Vale branch of the English Scottish and Australian Bank has been recently restored, with a heritage architect on hand to answer questions. Join the optional tour after the presentation to explore this intriguing building.

The event will feature a presentation on the restoration and preservation of the former Ascot Vale Branch of the former ES&A Bank, to facilitate its adaptive re-use as the headquarters of the English-Speaking Union Victoria Branch, known as “ESU House”.

The presentation, by Registered Heritage Architect Trudy Rickard and ESU Branch Director Geoffrey Mills, will also include an overview of the history of the building, and will be followed by a Q&A session and afternoon tea. The afternoon will conclude with an optional tour of the building.
