Connections: Opening the Archives

You are invited to come and enjoy the architecture of this amazing building built in 1900, stroll through the old convent, reminisce about past school days, connect with past and present students, view the historical display in the heritage room and research family from a by gone era.

The theme for this year’s Benalla Heritage Festival is “Connections.”

Come along and connect with the traditions and history of this co-educational secondary college that is 124 years old. Perhaps you would like to reconnect with classmates, connect for the first time with the architecture of this impressive building and modern teaching facility or just enjoy the displays of days gone by and the role that the college has played in Benalla and district.

As part of the Benalla Heritage Festival FCJ College will be opening the Archives with additional tours of the school available on Saturday 4 May.

Entry is by gold coin donation and refreshments will be provided.
