It was wonderful to see so many volunteers our first working bee at Z Ward, Glenside on Wednesday the 18th October 2023. A successful day, pulling up weeds, removing dead branches in the moat, cutting down trees and whipper snipping.
Seven people attended, including three members of the general public one of who is very interested in Z Ward and the tours run by Adelaide Haunted Horizons.
This is the first of many working bees at Z Ward, there will be more to follow – which will include weekend working bees and help with cleaning up the interior of the building.
These working bees will help bring this heritage listed property back to life.
