The general nature of business to be transacted will be to receive and adopt the Balance Sheet & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2014, to receive the Annual Report, to announce the result of the ballot held for the position of Director to the Board and to conduct any General Business arising and duly notified according to Rule 54 of the Rules of the National Trust of Australia (Tasmania).
