Heritage Story Time with Aunty N’arwee’t Carolyn Briggs

Invite your imagination on a trip back in time and share in the magic of storytelling.

For this special Heritage Festival storytime with Aunty N’arweet Carolyn Briggs, enjoy a reading of The Time of Chaos, a story of the Boon Wurrung language group, illustrated by Balnarring Preschool.

Learn about the dramatic changes to Nairm (Port Phillip Bay) and imagine the large flat grassy plain to the Bay we now view from the piers of ‘Koort – Boork – Boork’ (Williamstown).

Stay after the reading, take a map and join in an optional self-paced walk around Williamstown with prompt activities to further your knowledge.

Suitable for ages 3-5.
