1. Promoter

The promoter is the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) (ABN 61 004 356 192) of 6 Parliament Place, East Melbourne VIC 3002 (“Promoter”). 

2. Promotional Period

The competition opens at 9.00am AEDT on 1 December 2025 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 19 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”). 

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. 

Entrants under 18 years of age may enter only with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms & Conditions on the entrant’s behalf. 

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must, during the Promotional Period: 

• Complete the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) email sign-up form associated with the Vintage Clothing & Collectables Sale; and 
• Provide a valid email address and opt in to receive email communications. 

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
Multiple entries using different email addresses or identities will result in disqualification.
Multiple submissions using the same email address will be considered a single entry. 

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won: 

• One (1) $100 National Trust Vintage Clothing & Collectables Sale voucher. 

The prize: 

• Is valid for use only at the Vintage Clothing & Collectables Sale on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March 2026 
• Is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash 
• Must be used in a single transaction 
• Will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. 

6. Prize Draw

The prize will be drawn at random at 10.00am AEDT on 20 March 2026 at the Promoter’s place of business, 6 Parliament Place, East Melbourne VIC 3002. 

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at entry and will receive the voucher by close of business on 20 March 2026. 

If the winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize. 

If the winner does not respond to the notification email by 9.00am AEDT on 21 March 2026, the Promoter will conduct a redraw and the original winner will forfeit the prize. 

8. Prize Conditions

The Vintage Clothing & Collectables Sale takes place at Abbotsford Convent, 1 St Heliers Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067. 

The winner is responsible for all costs associated with attending the sale, including but not limited to travel, accommodation and personal expenses. 

9. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed or cannot be delivered due to invalid contact details, the Promoter may redraw the prize at its discretion. 

10. General

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

11. Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and receiving email communications from the Promoter.
