Excursion Details

Most excursions commence at 10am and conclude at 2pm, additional time may be required for combined two-site visits. You will receive a schedule for your visit which will indicate the start and finish times, activities, morning tea and lunch breaks.

Booking Terms

• Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our office. Excursion times are determined by our Education Officers. A schedule of activities, including break times, will be sent to you along with your letter of confirmation.
• Any changes to your booking (including, but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling, changes to participant numbers etc) must be communicated, in writing to National Trust Education Officers.
• All bookings are subject to a minimum charge of $100.
• If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking you must notify our office more than three business days before your visit. Cancellation fees may apply if insufficient notice is provided.
• If you fail to arrive for your booking on the day, a cancellation fee will be incurred.
• COVID-19 protocols must be read and understood. Specifically, teachers are asked to provide clipboards, pencils and hand sanitiser for their students.
