We’re getting ready for your return

The National Trust of Western Australia is excited to announce that its properties will start to reopen from 1 September.

In anticipation of reopening the health and safety of visitors and volunteers has been a top priority. Aside from our volunteers receiving customer service and COVID-19 safety training, additional cleaning will be taking place in communal areas. COVID-19 safety plans are currently being developed that align with state government’s Phase 4 regulations. These plans will be available to download from our website shortly via the home page and relevant property pages.

Some things will be different for you when you return which we have detailed below.

  • A cashless model is favoured so we ask that you pay by card.
  • Some limitations will be placed on our visitor numbers to ensure there is enough space for everyone so you may have to wait during peak periods. Your patience is appreciated.
  • We ask that all visitors adhere to physical distancing rules of 1.5m.
  • We will have hand sanitising stations available at all of our properties

Even with the extra precautions we have put in place to make your time with us safer, we know some of you may be still unable to visit us. If this is so, we encourage you to continue to stay connected us via our Website and on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
