The National Trust of Western Australia is introducing online bookings to make our places more accessible and safe during COVID.
The National Trust is progressively rolling out online booking at its heritage places open to the public.
This is one of the ways we’re helping to keep our volunteers safe during COVID, and also means our visitors can plan ahead and secure their spots.
You can now buy your tickets in advance just by clicking a button on our website. Or you can use your device to scan a QR code at our places and book in on site.
The system we are using, Rezdy, provides a secure SSL payment option that people can access via their own device.
Members can continue to visit for free, but must still book in to claim their free ticket.
For now we will still accept cash and EFTPOS at those places with facilities, but over the next few months we will transition to online bookings only.
Our volunteers are becoming familiar with the system and we welcome feedback from visitors so we can improve our processes.
