Meet the knowledgeable and friendly Greater Sydney Parklands education rangers as you explore the stunning spring blossoms in Wistaria Gardens before winding your way along the Parramatta River to Old Government House. Complete the activity trail along the way and bring your answers to Old Government House for a free copy of the Old Government House guidebook.
Learn how to care for wildlife and their habitat in our busy city with the ‘Our Living River’ team from the Parramatta River Catchment Group and join ‘Junior Riverkeeper’ citizen science and art activities in the Old Government House Courtyard from 10am – 3pm.
Discover Parramatta River’s fascinating First Nations and colonial history with special curator’s tours of The River: Burramatta to Cockatoo exhibition at Old Government House. Entry to the exhibition is ticketed and includes the tours that are held at 11am, 12:30pm and 2pm.
