The Women’s Committee, Country Week-end is Gardens, Grapes and optional Golf.
A diverse program has been arranged featuring eight private gardens, a winery and optional golf.
This Garden Week-end replaces the normal “Looking at Architecture Program” due to uncertainty following the pandemic.
National Trust visitors can enjoy an optional game of golf on the Friday afternoon and a casual dinner at the Golf Club. Bookings must be made via Eventbrite. Please note there is a booking fee for this.
There will be eight private gardens to be visited, four of which have never been opened before, ranging from large parklike acreages and even a five acre estate undergoing redesign and restoration to small intimate town gardens, from pampered patches of cold climate cultivars to a surprise native garden.
Artemis Estate winery will welcome National Trust visitors, offering a 10% discount on purchases of wine on production of Garden Week-end program tickets (on purchases of six or more bottles).
