Open House Melbourne 2017: Como House and Garden

Get a glimpse into the life of the aristocracy in the 19th and early 20th century Melbourne at Como House and Garden

The National Trust has participated in Open House Melbourne (OHM) since opening the doors of Tasma Terrace in 2009.

OHM provides the community with a free opportunity to discover a hidden wealth of architecture, engineering marvels and historic buildings nestled around the CBD and Cities of Port Phillip and Stonnington.

Como House and Garden, offers a glimpse into the privileged lifestyle of former owners, the Armytage family, who lived there for nearly a century.

Bring your own picnic or pre-order one from the café, and wander through the beautiful gardens. Immerse yourself in the history and luxury that make Como House and Garden one of Melbourne’s most glamorous locations.

Don’t forget to visit the Portable Iron Houses and Tasma Terrace, also part of Open House Melbourne.

Open House Melbourne is a free event for all.
