THIS TOUR HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE COVID19 VIRUS. IF YOU BOOKED, YOU SHOULD RECEIVE A MESSAGE FROM TRYBOOKING AND A REFUND. WE DO HOPE WE WILL BE ABLE TO ORGANISE ANOTHER TOUR TO OLD GRAHAM WHEN FEASIBLE.
Join the National Trust (ACT) for a coach tour to visit Old Graham.
Located between Boorowa and Cowra, National Trust registered Old Graham, was built by Irishman Edward Kerr and his wife Mary Ann in 1878. The house has been a major restoration project by John and Liz Baker over the last twenty five years after they found the abandoned property on an “exploring” trip from Canberra. In addition, to the restoration and furnishing of the house, they have established a country garden and a sculpture collection in the house paddock. We will have a full day to explore the house, garden and sculptures and enjoy a lovely lunch.
Refreshments: We will stop for morning tea in Boorowa on the way and lunch and afternoon tea will be provided at Old Graham by the Frogmore Community Hall ladies.
Pick-up: Deakin (7.30 am) and Angas St, Ainslie (7.45 am). We will return to Canberra by 6 pm. Details will be provided on booking.
