The return of a favourite National Trust (NSW) tour.
Norfolk Island is rich in history, breathtakingly beautiful with warm and friendly islanders. Staying at the Governor’s Lodge Resort, you will visit the beautiful Georgian buildings of heritage-listed Kingston where buildings built by convicts of the Second Settlement are being meticulously restored. You will attend a Mutiny on the Bounty Show, where many participants are direct descendants of Fletcher Christian and Matthew Quintal. Museum tours will relate the sometimes violent history of the Island from the time of settlement in 1788 to the arrival of the Pitcairners, the descendants of the Mutiny on the Bounty. So much to see and do, and wonderful fresh fish and traditional food to enjoy.
