A private tour of Hunters Hill, settled in 1835 and Australia’s oldest garden suburb whose early inhabitants included Mary Reiby.

Settled in 1835, Hunters Hill is the oldest garden suburb in the Sydney area. It is a precinct noted for its solid sandstone buildings, many of which were built by a Frenchman who employed 70 stonemasons from Italy ! The local Hunters Hill Historic Society guides will visit the museum and Vienna Cottage with many fascinating stories to tell.
