Golden Vale Sunrise Nature Walk

Welcome spring at Golden Vale with a spectacular sunrise walking tour and light breakfast at this rarely accessed historic homestead.

Welcome spring at Golden Vale with a walk through the virgin meadows before meandering along the Medway Rivulet to the Homestead where a light breakfast will be served in the sandstone courtyard. Bask in the sun with a croissant and coffee and ramble back via the water wilderness.

The extant meadows of the Wingecarribee include a variety of native grasses, natural herbs and remnant wetlands. View this stunning landscape at sunrise for an unforgettable morning. Expect to see native animals including kangaroos and wedge tail eagles as well as many bird species. Keep your eyes peeled for playful platypus down by the water. Walkers will also see farm animals including cows, ducks, guinea fowl and peacock.
