The Glenbrook Construction Railway was built about 1910 for the duplication of the Eastern end of the railway across the mountains
The duplication replaced the single line zig-zag and was very important for the expansion to the west. We will walk one way down the tramway to the overlook of Glenbrook Gorge. Morning tea will be at the Gorge and then we will walk back along Emu Road where there was a navvies camp.
