Saturday 24 April 2021, 10am - 4pm
Celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the National Trust in NSW in style with a Garden Party at Lindesay, the historic house built on Darling Point in 1834, overlooking the harbour.
Enjoy visiting this Gothic Revival house, now one of the few remaining Marine Villas of Colonial Sydney. Tours of the house will show the fine Georgian interiors furnished in keeping with its history; tours of the garden will explain the exotic planting that complements the house, and links the garden with its history. (Tours are now fully booked.)
Visitors to this event will have free entry to all activities, live music, garden games, coffee and gelato to enjoy in a relaxed picnic style afternoon on the manicured lawns. Plus with any meal purchase, visitors are given a complimentary glass of wine (one glass per adult).
Celebrate history, our stories and create new memories in your own backyard.
