Be Welcomed By Wildlife at the Australian Wildlife Sanctuary (FULLY BOOKED)

Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 March 2021, 10am - 4pm

With free entry, meet the birds, bugs and make reptile friends while enjoying family friendly activities, including entertainment and garden games.

Open for the first time since the NSW bushfires destroyed the majority of the site, you’re invited to join us for this property’s special open weekend, home to many wildlife species whom you may spot while enjoying garden games such as giant lego and skipping ropes. We have plenty of activities for the whole family, with live entertainment organised across both days, plus Wildlife Shows and Mini Beast Encounters from the sanctuary staff throughout the weekend to learn more about the various wild residents.

For lovers of nature and the outdoors this property won’t disappoint; set on 95 hectares of original Bargo Bush, the Australian Wildlife Sanctuary is a heritage-listed native plant nursery, education centre and flora & fauna sanctuary.

The onsite cafe provides a range of dining options for all ages including a plant based menu, and for over 18’s enjoy a complimentary glass of wine each from 2 – 4pm.

This event is now at capacity both days, but the sanctuary will be reopening fully to the public later this year.

Celebrate history, our stories and create new memories in your own backyard.
