Australian Heritage Festival 18 April – 19 May 2021

Kicking off on World Heritage Day, the community is invited to enjoy 32 days of events, walks, talks, performances, learning opportunities, virtual events and celebrations.

For 40 years, the National Trust has connected the nation in its celebration of our heritage with the Australian Heritage Festival. This national program of events has become the country’s largest festival that celebrates built, natural and cultural heritage.

The last Australian Heritage Festival brought together more than 750 events that attracted over 350,000 people to celebrate heritage at various places across the country – not to mention the hundreds of thousands of people that followed the conversation and shared stories of heritage online.
