The National Trust is the custodian of collections of artefacts important to the history of Queensland and its inhabitants.

Most National Trust of Australia (Queensland) properties care for items related to those properties and provide care for our wildlife. Collections are held at Townsville Heritage Centre, Hou Wang Temple and Museu - Atherton and Wolston Farmhouse at Wacol Brisbane. Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is home to a large collection of wildlife.
