This is the little known story of a visiting Russian choir that defected in about 1920 and settled on parts of NSW including Dural where descendants still live.

In line with the heritage theme of ‘our heritage for the future’, Michael Bell of the Dural and District Historical Society will tell the little known story of a visiting Russian choir that in about 1920 defected and settled in parts of NSW including the then isolated rural area of Dural where some descendants still live with others, now scattered across Australia.
