Sugar and Spice and All Things Nice

During the entire month of May, Home Hill will be decorated with the eclectic creative works of international competition chef, champion cake decorator, textile artist, porcelain sculptor and painter, Barbara Porter.

On a recent visit, Barbara Porter was so inspired by the stories of Home Hill and Dame Enid Lyons that she put her creative skills to work and produced a plethora of curiosities which are sure to delight visitors to the property.
Barbara has reimagined the elegance, history and beauty of Home Hill in her own one woman show using sugar, beads, buttons, fabrics, porcelain, paints and more.
