St Peters – Post-Industrial Playground by Vanessa Berry

Join Vanessa Berry, writer of the urban history blog Mirror Sydney and author of the soon to be released "Atlas of the Recent Past" which documents overlooked and hidden stories of Sydney’s city and suburbs, on a journey into the alternative cultures that have made St Peters home.

From rave parties and punks’ picnics at Sydney Park to the extraordinary lost fragments of Sydney’s past that have ended up in its scrapyards and tips, this talk celebrates the uniquely unusual recent history of this little gem in the inner west.
