Sketching Historic Woodlands House

Follow in the footsteps of Ethel Turner, author of Seven Little Australians and join local artist Marguerite de Fondaumiere to capture the unique character and charm of the beautiful and historic Woodlands House with its late Victorian Georgian and Federation Filigree style.

Woodlands has generously been made available to the public and beautifully refurbished to retain the original character of the house.

Each artist will see the building differently and have their own way to express the image and spirit of Woodlands. Using sketch tools to capture the intricate details of the building’s facade with its exquisite proportions and scale.

All materials will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own tools. Please bring your own refreshments for the session.
