Shack Life – A Group Exhibition

SHACK LIFE is an exhibition of artworks by a mix of established artists and members of the shack communities of the Royal National Park.

Their works respond to the structure of the shacks, the spirit of the community and the power of the surrounding landscape.

The Exhibition to mark the launch of the book SHACK LIFE, the survival story of three Royal National Park communities by Ingeborg van Teeseling is at the Community Gallery at Hazelhurst Regional Gallery and Arts Centre.

The artworks seek to carry on the tradition of artists engaging with the Royal National Park shack communities as exemplified by artists such as Max Dupain, Hal Missingham and Margaret Olley.
