The Pioneer Village Museum comes alive with Cochrane's bullock team, demonstrations of pioneer techniques and skills, music, games for the kids, bbq sizzle. Get close up and get involved. Don your Pioneer Clothes- be a part of 1800's history come alive!

Geoff Cochrane’s popular bullock team, pottery, leatherwork, music, live demo in the operating forge, sheep shearing, cow milking and informative videos on dairy farming, authentic classes in the Bush School, pioneer methods for making wheels, candle and cheese making, butter making, quilting, spinning, log sawing; games and a treasure hunt for the kids; let the kids dress up in pioneer costume and receive a special acknowledgement certificate, enjoy our sausage sizzle for lunch…and more.

If you really want a Pioneer experience this is where you will want to be on April 22-23. Everything you want to know about how our ancestors lived, worked and played. Don your frocks and bonnets, your trousers and braces and join us!
