On the Beach- A heritage walk with local historian Brian Haynes along the Esplanade pathway of Williamstown Beach from the Botanic Gardens to the historic Williamstown Life Saving Club.
The walk covers the history of convict quarries, Bunbury’s Baths, the Hatt Reserve quarry, the history of the beach area from the 1850’s onwards and the heritage homes surrounding the Williamstown Botanic Gardens. 1.5 hrs. Brian will share stories and images.
