Nobelius Heritage Park Guided Walking Tour

Traverse centuries of horticultural history inside the heritage-listed Nobelius Heritage Park.

You’re invited to a one-hour guided walking tour of the lush Nobelius Heritage Park, presented by landscape architect Barrie Gallacher.

Envision what the Nobelius Heritage Park looked like when it was home to the largest fruit and ornamental tree exporter in the southern hemisphere, the C. A. Nobelius & Sons Nursery. Discover original trees and flowering foilage planted by groundbreaking Finnish horticulturalist, Carl Axel Nobelius, between the late 1880s – early 1900s.

Today, the Nobelius Heritage Park exists as a 12-acre remnant of the original nursery, and is registered on the Victorian Heritage Database as a site of State significance.
